Olé!!!
Had a great time in Spain this last week. I went to my first bullfight and had excellent Paella. In Valencia, it is currently Fiesta de Fallas where everyday there are fireworks at 2PM (when most people take lunch) and the town creates beautiful papier maché statues up to 75 feet high for competition and then burns them at the end of the month. Some of these can cost upwards of $750k so no cheap bonfire. All good fun.
